PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING POLICY




1. GENERAL PROVISIONS



This Personal Data Processing Policy (hereinafter — the «Policy») is prepared in accordance with the requirements of Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27.07.2006 «On Personal Data» and defines the procedure for processing personal data and measures to ensure the security of personal data that Gadzhiev Gusein Sultanovich, TIN — 056 201 269 406 (hereinafter — the «Operator»), may obtain about the User when using the website www.gadzhievgs.com (hereinafter — the «Website»).


By registering on the Website and/or using the Website, the User fully agrees with the terms of this Policy.

Provision of personal data — actions aimed at disclosing personal data to a specific person or group of persons.


Distribution of personal data — any actions aimed at disclosing personal data to an indefinite circle of persons, including publication in mass media, posting on the Internet, or otherwise providing access.


Destruction of personal data — any actions resulting in the irreversible destruction of personal data with no possibility of restoring them in the personal data information system and/or destruction of material carriers of personal data.




3. SUBJECT OF THE POLICY



3.1. The User’s use of the Website constitutes consent to this Policy and the terms of processing of their personal data. Such consent means that the personal data subject agrees to the processing of their personal data.

3.2. If the User disagrees with the terms of this Policy, they must stop using the Website.

5. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES



5.1. The Operator has the right to:


  • receive accurate information from the User containing personal data.



5.2. The Operator is obliged to:


  • process personal data in compliance with current legislation;
  • store personal data confidentially, not disclose without written permission, not sell, exchange, publish, or otherwise share except as specified in this Policy;
  • use the data solely for the purposes stated herein;
  • consider User requests regarding personal data processing and provide reasoned responses;
  • take measures to clarify or destroy personal data upon legitimate User requests;
  • ensure the protection of personal data in accordance with legislation.



5.3. The User has the right to:


  • receive full information about their personal data processed by the Operator;
  • request correction, blocking, or destruction of personal data if incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, unlawfully obtained, or unnecessary for the stated purposes;
  • withdraw consent to personal data processing;
  • take legal measures to protect their rights;
  • exercise other rights provided by Russian law.



5.4. The User is obliged to:


  • provide only accurate data about themselves.





6. PROCEDURE FOR COLLECTION, STORAGE, TRANSFER, AND OTHER PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA



6.1. Personal data is processed for an unlimited period by any lawful method, including automated and manual processing.

6.2. The Operator grants access to personal data only to contractors and affiliates requiring it to ensure the Website functions and services are provided.

6.3. Security of personal data is ensured by legal, organizational, and technical measures required by law.

6.4. The Operator takes all measures to exclude unauthorized access.

6.5. If inaccuracies are found, the User may update their data by emailing the Operator with the subject «Personal data update.»

6.6. The Operator may archive and store documents and personal data.

6.7. The User may at any time withdraw consent by emailing the Operator with the subject «Withdrawal of consent to personal data processing.»

6.8. The Operator may transfer User’s data to third parties if:


  • the User has consented;
  • transfer is necessary for using a specific service or executing an agreement;
  • transfer is required by Russian or applicable law.





7. COOKIES



7.1. The Website collects the following cookies:


  • Technical cookies — cannot be disabled as they are necessary for correct operation and full Website functionality;
  • Analytical cookies — collected through web analytics tools to analyze usage and improve functionality.

8. DISPUTE RESOLUTION



8.1. Before filing a lawsuit, the User must submit a written claim for voluntary settlement.

8.2. The claim recipient has 30 days to notify the claimant of the results in writing.

8.3. If no settlement is reached, the dispute shall be resolved in court under Russian law.

8.4. This Policy and relations between the User and Operator are governed by Russian law.




9. FINAL PROVISIONS



9.1. The Operator may amend this Policy without User consent.

9.2. The new Policy enters into force upon posting on the Website, unless otherwise specified.
